Waiting on parts
Mark a job as waiting on parts and it keeps its slot in the bay, stays in the in-shop list and is counted on its own.
Team and roles
Add your team, set each person's role and assign jobs to them. Take someone off and their jobs stay on the board, unassigned.
Status at the desk
Move a job to in progress, waiting on parts, ready or collected. Whoever answers the phone can see where the car is without walking out to the ramps.
